Answer: Customers can pick up a free membership card at any store. Member cards must be registered in order to enjoy full benefits of the program. Registration can be done by calling customer service, accessing a customized rewards web site, or paper enrollment. Registration requirements are the choice of the retailer, and should include; Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Birthday, Telephone Number, Email and for restaurants anniversary date. Points can be earned immediately. Redemptions and prizes eligibility restricted to registered cards. Customers should be asked to present the membership card at every meal, merchandise, or fuel purchase

Answer: It is up to you! Examples: C-Store Earn 1 point per gallon of fuel purchased. Earn 2 points per merchandise dollar purchased. Additional points earned for purchasing promotional items (may be tied to vendor supported/funded promotion). Restaurants 5 points per dollar spent. Double points “Sundays” or other configurable

Answer: The customer must be a registered rewards member. The customer is presented with a list of available reward selections for redemption and required points for each, such as Fuel Cents Per Gallon (CPG) discount, free item, a free dessert or appetizer or reduced price for specific items or proprietary gift card. When the reward item is selected for points redemption, a coupon is printed. Coupons may not be reprinted.

Answer: Rewards cards are automatically enrolled in the club programs. Clubs provide an incentive to purchase a quantity of certain items and obtain one free using a coupon. This would be similar to a punch card program (i.e., buy 5 beverages get the 6th free, buy 4 car washes get the 5th free, etc.). Birthday and/or Anniversary Promotion Send customer Happy Birthday message along with a celebratory coupon.
